Gruff! The Musical Cast Album

The cast album for Gruff! The Musical is available! Give a listen below. My character Mavis, an elderly goat, is featured primarily in tracks (2) Nothing Could Stop Us and (6) Trip Trop Trio, but the whole album is a treat. I had such a blast recording this and hope you enjoy these delightful tunes as much as I do.

Music from Refuge

I asked a couple of the brilliant band members of Metropolitan Klezmer if they would revisit some tunes I sang in Blessed Unrest and Teatri Oda’s production of Refuge in 2019, and they graciously said yes. I feel so lucky to have a professional recording of this music, and I’m super proud to share it with you.

Below are the music videos I put together for Geselekh (Yiddish for “little streets”) and Yankele (a Yiddish lullaby) featuring Ismail Butera on accordion and Amy Griffiths on clarinet.

Special thanks to Soundworks Recording Studio, Metropolitan Klezmer, Blessed Unrest, Teatri Oda, and the entire Refuge team.

90s Theme Songs

To maintain my sanity during Lockdown 2020 (or perhaps it’s evidence of the opposite), I started posting covers of 90s jingles on Instagram which quickly morphed into receiving requests for 90s TV theme songs. Some highlights (and a lot of my face) are below, but here’s the full playlist.

And if you really want to go down the rabbit hole, you’ll find the jingles here.
